“We’ve been best friends all our lives and have always dreamed of opening our own
place. We grew up around hospitality and loved the idea of welcoming guests into
ours and making them feel at home. We strongly believe in using the best locally
sourced produce and we’re delighted to do business with suppliers who share our
passion for great food and drink.
“Burgers and beers bring people together and the seeds for BóTOWN were first sown during one of our summer barbecue parties. Our menu includes beef, chicken and veggie burgers as well as a wide range of side dishes such as Chicken Wings, Charred Corn on the Cob and Mac n Cheese Bacon Balls.
“BóTOWN was a labour of love for us. The building is a protected structure and it took us two years to get it up and running. Our budget was tight so we did the whole clear-out ourselves. People thought we were mad to take it on but we had a vision and our motto was simple: dream BIG and never give up.
“We couldn't have been happier when we finally opened the doors in July 2018 and we hope you’re as happy with the finished product as we are”.
